- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with financial reporting and tax obligations.
- AI Interaction Logs: Prompt metadata and interaction logs are retained for 90 days for service improvement and debugging, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
- Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion of your data.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized using industry-standard methods to prevent reconstruction or re-identification.
9 International Transfers
