Mobile Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• AI Interaction Logs: Prompt metadata and interaction logs are retained for 90 days for service improvement and debugging, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion of your data.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized using industry-standard methods to prevent reconstruction or re-identification.

9 International Transfers
